Why people come
Slow, resonant tones help the body shift out of busy mode and into rest.
Many people find it eases stress and gives racing thoughts somewhere to settle.
Sound can bring up and soften what’s been held, a fitting intention for a full moon.
Plenty of people report sleeping more deeply after a session.
Sound healing is a complementary practice and isn’t a substitute for medical care.

Your guide

I spent my twenties chasing success in radio and TV. From the outside, I had it all. Inside, I was burnt out, disconnected, and no longer listening to the quiet voice that knew something had to change. Walking away was the moment I finally listened. Now I hold space for others to do the same.
From past guests
“My first ever sound healing session and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Such a beautiful experience, I’ll definitely be back.”
“Brought my friend along and we both absolutely loved it. It was such a lovely way to spend the afternoon, slow down and do something for ourselves.”
“Dani was incredible. Her guidance made the whole experience feel so welcoming and effortless. I loved how she created a space where you could just let go and be present.”
“I didn’t realise how much I needed this until I was there. It was so nice to put my phone away, stop thinking about everything I had to do and just be.”

I’ve never done a sound bath. Is that okay?
Then you’re in for something special! Sound healing is all about giving yourself permission to pause, slow down and reconnect. No experience needed, no expectations. Just come as you are and let yourself experience it.
Is it suitable during pregnancy?
Pregnant guests are welcome to enquire about attending our sound healing experiences. As every pregnancy is different, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before booking. Please let our team know in advance so we can discuss any necessary adjustments. We do not place sound healing instruments directly on the body, and guests are welcome to adjust their position or step away whenever needed.
Can I skip the reiki?
Yes. Reiki is optional and you’re welcome to opt out on the night.
What should I wear and bring?
Loose, comfortable clothes, warm layers and socks if you get cold, and a water bottle. We provide the mat, eye mask and blanket. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
