Event tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable.
If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else.

Transferring your ticket

1. Email hello@frequenci.com.au before the event.
2. Include your order number and the new attendee’s name, email and phone number.
3. We’ll update the booking and send the details to them.

If we need to change or cancel

If we ever have to cancel or move a session, we’ll email you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or a spot at the new date.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
